1.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week;

Job Description

1.Provide day-to-day instructional excellence to each student following curriculum;
2.Implement and model high standards of work practice and review, critically reflecting, and evaluating own practice;
3.Show great individual care and support for the students, promoting learning styles that cater to individual differences to provide engagement in rigorous, relevant, and significant learning;
4.Establish clear instructional objectives, utilizing core teaching resources and supplementary materials;
6.Assess and analyze student progress to inform instruction and provide constructive feedback to promote students’ progress towards standards;
7.Work cooperatively with fellow-staff members and administrators as it pertains to specific grade levels and programs;
8.Attend staff meetings, teacher workdays and professional development activities as assigned or recommended;
9.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal or Head of Department;

Requirements

1.Master’s Degree or above (in subject related majors preferred);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.A minimum 2 years of previous subject related teaching experience in a school setting;
5.Qualified teaching status preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 200,000 to 400,000 RMB annually (based on qualification and experience);
2.Benefit package 105,000 RMB (before tax) annually provided, including:

-Computer allowance
3.Work visa provided;
4.Medical and accident insurance provided;
5.Paid national holidays, winter holidays and summer holidays plus 2 days paid sick leave per semester (4 days per year) and Christmas holidays;
