Others:
Business medical insurance, it works in mainland China, almost can cover all the medical cost
Transportation annually since the second year work in the school, 5,000 RMB for each semester

Qualifications
• Native English Speaker or BA/MA in Native English Speaking Country
(US,UK,CA,SA,IR,NZ,AUS and other English Speaking Country recognized by China
Foreign Experts Bureau) .
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years in ESL early childhood education experience (preschool preferred) - will need a letter of 2 experience (volunteer, part-time acceptable if applicant is recent graduate).
• TEFL/TESOL/ELL Certification (unless degree is in TESOL or Early Childhood Education with 2-year reference letter in teaching.).
• Non-criminal record within 6 months (legalized and authenticated by Chinese Embassy)
• 0-3 or 3-6 Montessori Certification (preferred) Skills.
• Proven communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
