Responsibilities and Key Activities:
1/ Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with COO and business goals, improve capacity, and foster continuous improvement.
2/ Team Management and leadership
Lead and deliver the long-term vision and established the right plan to reach it.
Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams’ collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
Define priorities and delivers projects resourced appropriately against critical business needs.
Responsible to ensure smooth operation of the company's activities and compliance with relevant country regulations.
Ensure all plant operations compiles with company policies, regulations and SOPs.
3/ EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
Sets Safety Health and Environment culture and role model behaviors.
Accountable for Safety Health and Environment requirements and legislation implementation and ensure compliance to legal and company standards & policies.
4/ Production operation
Formulate the annual/quarterly production strategy to ensure consistency with the business goals of the enterprise. Manage the production plans to balance production capacity and order demands, and ensure on-time delivery.
Optimize the production process, promote lean production and reduce waste.
Control production costs (raw materials, labor, energy consumption, etc.) and achieve budget targets.
5/ Quality &Compliance
Accountable for quality requirements and legislation implementation and ensures compliance to legal and corporate standards & policies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards and certifications.
Ensure audit and assessment findings to identify and address potential compliance risks.
Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring smooth production under quality assurance, and timely delivery.
6/ Process Optimization
Streamline manufacturing workflows through lean principles, automation, and advanced technologies.
7/ Digitalization and Innovation
Promote the application of SAP / MES or other digitalization systems and technologies to achieve the visualization of production data.
Explore automation / intelligence transformation (such as robotic arms, AGV, etc.).
Involved in the new products development and ensure the DFM.
8/ Others arranged by direct leader.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
1/ Age scope: 40 years old – 52 years old.
2/ Education & major : Bachelor's degree in Industry engineering, Operations management, Project management or a related field.
3/ Working experience :10-15 years of manufacturing / supply chain or operations-related experience with at least 5 years in whole plant leadership capacity.
4/ Leadership
Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire, coach and drive results in diverse teams.
5/ Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies' application, etc.
Familiar with the injection, assembly, mold, automation process. Knowledge of quality management systems.
New product development and project management experience.
6/ Other soft skills
Data-driven decision-making capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication & presentation.
Ability to delegate and empower the team
