Basic Info
1. Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;
2. Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;
3. Class Size: Around 15 students;
3. Location: Cixi, Zhejiang Province;

Job Description

1. Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2. Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3. Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4. Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5. Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6. Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7. Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker;
2. Bachelor's degree or above required (education related majors preferred);
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5. At least wo years of previous teaching experience in kindergarten;

Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary 26,000 to 31,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2. Private school dorm provided;

6. Flight reimbursement 5,000 RMB available upon contract completion;
