Job Description:

Responsible for designing core gameplay mechanics of card and board games, balancing numerical systems, and driving product implementation.

Draft functional design documents for various product versions.

Coordinate and track development and art processes to ensure product quality.

Conduct competitive product research and analysis to guide product improvement.

Experience in successfully managing projects from 0 to 1.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in game design, specifically in card and board games.

Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Axure.

Strong sensitivity to user experience and numerical balance; prior experience in numerical design is a plus.

Passion for game creation, proactive attitude, and strong self-motivation.

Broad perspective, problem-solving skills, and independent thinking ability.

Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Understanding of market trends and demands, collaborating with producers to enhance game quality (art-related knowledge is a bonus).
