Salary & benefits
• Monthly salary: ¥20,000–24,000 before tax
• Performance bonus: ¥1,000 per semester
• Contract renewal bonus: ¥10,000
• Chinese social insurance
• One-time relocation allowance: ¥3,000
• Annual flight allowance: ¥10,000
• Paid Chinese public holidays and 1 day for Christmas
• Paid winter and summer breaks (half salary in February and August)

Qualifications & requirements
• Native English speaker with TEFL or TESOL certification
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in art education at K–12 schools is a plus

Working hours
• Teaching load: 20 lessons per week (each 25–40 minutes)
• Office hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM (weekdays)
