3. Course Information is as below: The lecturer will be expected to lecture the following courses during 17th November to 16th January 2025.

Course Name& Class Hour (1 teaching hour = 45min) :
2023 cohort:
①　Rendering 透视学 ---60 class hours
②　Interior Architecture II 室内建筑2--- 60 class hours
③　Design II 设计2--- 60 class hours
2024 cohort:
①　Rendering 透视学 --- 54 class hours
②　Applied art history 应用艺术史 --- 36 class hours
③　New Materials Technology 新材料技术 --- 54 class hours
④　Computer Graphics 电脑图形图像 --- 36 class hours

Job Details:
1.Mode of Instruction: Onsite
2.Materials and PPT: A course outline will be provided. Some courses include teaching materials; for others, the lecturer is expected to develop their own materials and lecture slides. ( needs the teacher to add or create something new on it to some extent)
3.Time Duration: 17th November to 16th January 2025
4.Teaching Load: 20 to 24 teaching hours/week
5.Teaching Payment: ¥500 RMB per class hour
6.Accommodation : Provided, inside the campus
7.Flight Tickets: Provided, economy class.

Expectations for Qualified Candidates:
①　Qualified candidates should have at least a Master’s Degree, majoring in Environment Design, Architecture Design, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, Industrial Design or a closely related field.
②　Candidates should be proficient in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Blender, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
③　Candidates who have professional experience in interior design, architectural design, or related industries is preferred.
④　Qualified candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in education or teaching.
⑤　Candidates who are native English speakers are preferred.
