Position：English Homeroom Teacher

School Introduction:
Our kindergarten pays attention to the traditional Chinese culture education while taking into account the learning of the world's diverse cultures, with the educational concept of "respecting the laws of natural development and achieving children's only childhood", providing children with a high-quality educational environment that integrates the essence of Chinese and foreign cultures

I.Qualifications:
a)Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
b)Major in early childhood education or other related field preferred
c)Two years kids teaching experience strongly preferred, TESOL certification is a plus. d) Age between 24-40
e)Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position.

II.Job Descriptions
a)Student age: 3~6 ；Pre-kindergarten:1.5~3
b)Class size: 15-24 students
c)Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Mon-Fri, break at noon time: 12:00-14:30
d)2 days off per week. e)Class teaching , preparation and relative work（weekly and monthly teaching plans，daily summary， weekly report and monthly reports，environment decorations）
f)Accomplish assignments allocated by teaching manager/kindergarten principle
g)Attending trainings, meetings and company activities
h)Student activities
i)Parents meetings
j)Continuously learning up-to-date class and self-created class and improving
k)Maintain good relationship with class member and parents
l)Take good care of the students and help them build up good personality
m)Assist other teacher's class ,accompany students at other classes and activities.

III.Compensation
a)Basic Salary: 20，000-25，000 before tax
b)Reimbursement for visa application fee,Visa guidance,follow up and advise
c)Insurance provided
d)11 days public holiday/year, 2 days off/ week, summer and winter vacations
e)Airfare bonus, Airport Pickup assistance and grounding service
f)Training: On-board orientation:living in China,work culture,company policy,etc. \
g)Contract renew bonus
