Job Description: Part-Time Native English Teacher for Early Learners
Position: Part-Time Native English Teacher
Student: One 3-year-old child
Schedule: 4 weekdays per week (e.g., Monday to Thursday)
Time: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM (1.5 hours per day)
Compensation: RMB 9,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and energetic female Native English teacher to provide fun, engaging, and immersive English language sessions for our 3-year-old child. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a natural ability to connect with and teach very young learners through play-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Interactive Lessons: Plan and conduct 1.5-hour immersive English sessions that are educational, playful, and appropriate for a 3-year-old's attention span.

Create a Play-Based Learning Environment: Use a variety of teaching methods including songs, nursery rhymes, storytelling, puppets, flashcards, simple arts and crafts, and educational games to stimulate language acquisition.

Focus on Core Vocabulary: Introduce and reinforce basic English concepts such as colors, numbers, animals, shapes, and everyday phrases in a natural, conversational context.

Ensure a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive atmosphere for the child at all times.

Provide Regular Feedback: Communicate briefly with parents after each session to provide updates on the child’s progress, engagement, and what was covered during the lesson.

Requirements:

Native English Speaker with clear, neutral, and easy-to-understand pronunciation.

Female candidates only (as per family request).

Prior experience teaching or caring for toddlers and preschool-aged children is essential.

Must be reliable, punctual, patient, affectionate, and genuinely enjoy working with young children.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or similar teaching certification.

Background in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Available to start committedly on a long-term basis.
