The successful applicant will be:
•Ÿ Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree and a recognized teaching qualification;
Ÿ Minimum 5 years of leading positions in AP/IB PYP or MYP curriculum setting;
Ÿ Previous experience of teaching AP/IB curriculum is strongly preferred;
Ÿ Demonstrated knowledge of and vision for the future educational practice in line with IB teaching philosophy;
Ÿ A passion for education and excellence; ability to inspire colleagues, be willing to take more responsibility and implement action plans with firmness, fairness, consistency, and integrity.
Ÿ Courage to introduce and manage change and innovation
Ÿ Ability to show good cultural understanding
Ÿ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ÿ Flexible, inclusive, and pragmatic management style
