Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Homeroom Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive, engaging, and challenging learning environment that fosters students’ academic, social, and emotional development. Experience in international or bilingual school settings is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies) to primary students in accordance with the school’s curriculum.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the class, supporting students’ overall wellbeing and development.

Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Foster a positive classroom culture that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect.

Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and wellbeing.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and school-wide activities.

Participate in school events, professional development, and faculty meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Recognized teaching qualification/certification.

Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience; experience with international curricula (IB PYP, Cambridge, etc.) preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to create a student-centered, inquiry-based learning environment.
