Key Responsibilities:
1、Sales Assistance(10-20% workloads, varies with the seasons)
1.Assisting sales personnel during calls with prospective clients (typically 15–30 minutes) by explaining our services
2.Presenting how we do brain storming
3.How to sort out the core logic to present student's main advantages
4.Showing how our writing system works and how we revise repeatedly with based on their opinions
5.Sharing successful top university cases

2、Personal Essay Workloads(60% workloads, varies with the seasons)
Conducting brainstorming sessions with new students to develop essay content and present how their essays will be structured.
Drafting personal statements and other application materials for various schools, majors, and programme.
Joining student WeChat groups to answer essay-related questions and respond promptly.
Providing feedback and revisions on first drafts.
Incorporating student input to refine essays.
Providing interview training (including admissions and KIRA interviews).

3、Foreign Essay Consultant Management (20% workloads, varies with the seasons)
Recruitment: setting hiring standards (e.g., academic background, essay-writing experience, cross-cultural competence), and joining in resume screening, interviews, and writing assessments to hire suitable consultants.
Work Coordination: Assiging tasks based on consultants’ expertise and students’ requirements. Facilitate communication between foreign consultants, Chinese consultants, and sales teams.
Quality Control: Regularly checking essays for language quality, logical flow, and application relevance. Collect feedback from students, parents, and internal teams to enhance service.
Complaint Handling: Responding to client complaints timely. Investigate issues, coordinate solutions (e.g., essay revisions), and avoid similar problems.
Training: Offering onboarding training (company procedures, student needs). Host regular sessions on essay trends and cross-cultural communication skills.

4、Marketing Promotion Assistance
Participate in occasional promotional events and collaborate with the marketing team to create short videos.

Job Requirements:
Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above
Graduation Institution: Universities ranked in the QS Top 50
Nationality: American, British, Canadian, Australian
Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in overseas study document writing
