Salary & benefits
• Monthly salary: ¥24,000–28,000 before tax (based on experience and qualifications)
• Housing: ¥2,000/month allowance or on-campus apartment
• Baggage allowance: Up to ¥2,000
• Shipping allowance: Up to ¥2,000
• Airfare allowance: Up to ¥10,000 annually
• Contract renewal bonus: ¥10,000 upon completing a two-year contract
• Free lunch at the school canteen
• Free tuition for up to two children (Note: the school does not offer kindergarten)
• Social insurance provided
• Fully paid holidays:
• Winter holiday (approx. 3 weeks)
• Summer holiday (approx. 6 weeks)
• Christmas holiday (2 weeks)

Qualifications & requirements
• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Certified teaching qualification preferred (e.g., PGCE, teaching license)
• Experience with IB PYP curriculum preferred
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• Passionate about teaching and student development
• Able to contribute to academic advising and school events
