1. Teaching Implementation: Use English as the primary language of instruction. Conduct themed teaching activities (e.g., English listening/speaking, cognition, art) based on the kindergarten's international curriculum system, aiming to stimulate children's interest in learning English and their language application skills.
2. Classroom Management: Collaborate with Chinese teachers in daily classroom management responsibilities. This includes providing daily care for children, guiding their behavioral habits, maintaining classroom discipline, ensuring activity safety, and fostering a positive and orderly classroom atmosphere.
3. Activity Organization: Participate in the planning and execution of kindergarten events such as international cultural festivals (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving), English corners, and outdoor practical activities. Integrate multicultural elements to enrich children's learning experiences.
4. Teaching Collaboration: Work cooperatively with Chinese teachers and the teaching/research team to conduct teaching discussions, share international early childhood education experiences, and jointly optimize teaching plans and update teaching resources to ensure teaching quality.
