1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, inquiry-based lessons in Drama for students in Grades 10-12.
2. Teach and prepare students for external examinations and qualifications, such as IGCSE and A-Level Drama.
3. Direct and produce school theatrical productions (e.g., plays, musicals, showcases) from concept to performance, including set design, stage management, and technical elements.
4. Foster a critical and creative environment where students can take artistic risks and develop their unique voice.
5. Provide detailed, timely feedback on student progress and offer extra support or enrichment as needed.
6.Encourage students to explore and make connections between different cultural and historical contexts of theatre.
7.Lead and manage ECA or CCA drama club.
8.Collaborate with other departments on cross-disciplinary projects and performances.
