English Teaching in Training Center with legal visa

Teacher’s Responsibilities for  English:

Teach literature and writing for children 4-15
Help children in our library
Assess student’s progress, give quizzes, tests
Enforce a “culture of English”
Follow our lesson structures (easy and smooth)
Be cooperative
Smile and be nice to colleagues

What we offer:

Salary –negotiable/month (pre-tax):20-30k
Work Schedule – Weekdays 11:00-20:00 / Weekends: 9:00-18:00 (1 hour lunch break)
Working Hours – 40 hours/week (2 days off on weekdays)
Teaching Hours – average 24 hours/week.
Flight Reimbursement – Up to 8,000RMB for return ticket to home country
Visa – Work Permit, Residence Permit and medical check-up fees assistance and
reimbursement
Insurance – Health and accident insurance after probation
Bonus – Discretional bonus based on annual performance
Paid Leave – 11 days annual leave + all Chinese national holidays

Sick Leave – 3 days’ full-paid sick leave
Training – Orientation & pre-job training, on-going academic training, support and
appraisals

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 22-45 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- TEFL/TESOL 100+ hours certification minimum (preferred but not essential)
- Teaching experience preferred, but candidates with no experience can be accepted as we
offer a comprehensive training
- Like children and genuinely want to help them
- Must be able to obtain a cleared background check
- Must want long-term partnership with us.
- Cooperative and helpful
- Great attitude and teachable
