Job Title: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher
Location: Changsha (Downtown), Hunan Province

Starting Date: ASAP or February 2026
Working time: 7:50am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Monthly Salary Package: 24k-28k (basic salary + housing allowance)

Salary and Benefits Package:
• Basic salary: 22k-26k before tax per month;
• 2,000RMB after tax housing allowance per month;
• High-end Insurance with Cignar(Includes Dental);
• Airfare allowance 10,000RMB per year;
• Relocation allowance 2,000RMB;
• Free three meals a day during workdays;
• Assistance in obtaining your visa;
• Excellent career progression opportunities;
• Waiver of up to two children's tuition fees;

PAID HOLIDAYS
• Winter holidays & Summer holidays around 7 weeks , 5 weeks full paid.
(Another two weeks at 1.5 times pay or half pay, depending on whether the teacher joins the camp or not)
•Other paid holidays based on national statutory holidays arrangement;

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
• Native English speaker
• Bachelor Degree or above
• Two years’ teaching experience in Early Years preferred
