Job Title: High School English Teacher

Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced High School English Teacher to join our K–12 international school in Ningbo. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in English or Education, with proven experience teaching international curricula such as IGCSE or A-Level English. The teacher will be responsible for inspiring critical thinking, creativity, and a genuine love for literature and language among high school students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons to high school students (IGCSE/A-Level).
- Design assessments and provide constructive feedback to support student growth and academic success.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and inquiry-based classroom environment.
- Participate in curriculum development and contribute to school-wide academic initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and wellbeing.
- Support school activities, including academic events, clubs, and other co-curricular programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in IGCSE or A-Level English.
- Teaching license/qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and intercultural skills.
- Passion for student-centered learning and international education.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Monthly salary: ￥20,000 – ￥30,000 before tax (negotiable,commensurate with qualifications and experience).
