Basic Info

1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;
2.Student Age: 5 to 6 years old;
3.Class Size: normally 20 students per class;
4.Curriculum: EYFS and national curriculum;

Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

1. ENGLISH NATIVE teachers as a MUST.（From UK/US/IRE/CAN/AUS/NZD）
2.Teachers with PGCE/QTS, a teaching license, an education major or a psychology major.
3.Teachers who love younger kids(2-6yro), with patient, easy-going, collaborative, organizational skills and teamwork spirit.
4. 3~5 yrs kindergarten experience or similar experience in primary school
5. Familiar with early years education pathology and ESL English teaching experiences

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary: RMB 15,000-27,000 AFTER TAX + 9,000 housing allowance with fapiao
2.Fully paid holidays: Christmas holiday; winter holiday and summer holiday; all public holidays.（2yrs-contract）
3.Welfare leave days per school year.
4.Airfare: one return ticket to be reimbursed
5. International school standard Medical Insurance
6. Reimbursed work visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees
Visa: Arranged by the school

Foreign expert permit: Arranged by the school
