Salary & benefits
• 20,000–23,000 RMB after tax per month
• Monthly housing allowance: 3,500 RMB
• Health insurance provided
• Fully paid winter vacation; summer vacation paid at 14,000 RMB/month (2 months)
• Free workday meals (Monday–Friday)
• Annual summer trip (same as Chinese staff)
• Occasional weekend team gatherings
• Year-end bonus of 10,000–15,000 RMB, paid upon completion of contract (equivalent to flight allowance)

Qualifications & requirements
• British or American female candidates only
• Young, energetic, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Two years teaching experience in preschool/early childhood education required
• Eligible for a work visa
