[Salary & Benefits]
- Monthly salary: RMB 20,000 – 30,000/ pre-tax (Negotiable for higher)
- Housing benefits: Well-furnished free apartments on campus
- Flight reimbursement: RMB 10,000/ academic year
- Comprehensive medical insurance
- Settling-in allowance: RMB 2,000
- Contract completion bonus: 5% income of the second school year
- Holiday pay: 100%
