Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce professional to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a solid background in business and a proven track record of teaching at the university level. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in E-commerce and related business subjects, contributing to curriculum development, and mentoring students in a vibrant academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective courses in E-commerce, such as Digital Marketing, E-commerce Strategy, Web Analytics, Online Consumer Behavior, and Supply Chain Management for Digital Businesses.

Develop and update course syllabi, teaching materials, and assessment tools that reflect the latest trends and practices in the E-commerce industry.

Supervise student projects, theses, and internships, providing expert guidance and support.

Participate in departmental activities, including faculty meetings, curriculum planning, and academic committees.

Foster a positive, interactive, and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Native English Speaker: Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Academic Background: Hold a Master's degree or higher in E-commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a closely related field. (A Ph.D. is preferred for Senior Lecturer positions).

Teaching Experience: A minimum of 3 years of full-time university-level teaching experience in relevant subjects. Experience teaching Chinese students is a significant advantage.

Professional Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of the E-commerce ecosystem. Industry experience outside of academia is highly desirable.

Personal Attributes: Cross-cultural sensitivity, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for teaching and student development.
