Position Overview
Our partner, a prestigious bilingual school in Hangzhou, is seeking an experienced and dynamic High School Vice Principal to provide academic leadership with a specialized focus on the British A-Level curriculum. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving academic excellence in international educational settings.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic direction of the high school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.

Key Responsibilities
Provide instructional leadership and day-to-day management of the A-Level programme.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of high school teachers to deliver outstanding educational outcomes.

Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and review to ensure rigor and alignment with the school's educational philosophy.

Utilize data to monitor student progress, implement interventions, and drive continuous school improvement.
