Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher
School Type: International Kindergarten
Location: Chaoyang District, Beijing
Start Date: March 2026

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for 3–4-year-old students based on the kindergarten curriculum.
2. Create a warm, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters students’ curiosity and love for learning.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining regular communication with parents.
4. Participate in school activities, celebrations, and community events.
5. Work collaboratively with local and foreign teachers to ensure a high-quality bilingual learning experience.
6. Attend professional training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching practice.

Requirements:
1. Native English speaker.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
3. Valid TEFL/TESOL certification.
4. Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in an international kindergarten.
5. Eligible for a legal work visa in China.

Salary and Benefits:

1. Salary range: 26,000–30,000 RMB before tax per month (based on experience and qualifications).
2. Working hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:10 p.m. (2.5-hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.).
3. Days off: Saturdays and Sundays.
4. Health insurance: Provided.
5. Meals: Free lunch on weekdays.
6. Paid holidays:
• 10 workdays during the Chinese Spring Festival.
• 10 workdays in summer upon contract renewal.
• 8 paid public holidays (e.g., Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, New Year’s Day, etc.).
• 2 paid days off for Christmas.
7. Unpaid leave: Up to 10 consecutive workdays may be granted upon approval.
8. Work visa and residence permit: Provided and sponsored by the school.
