Job Descriptions
1. Conducting subject teaching instructions, assessments and placements to students of varying grade levels and abilities;
2. Designingcurriculum,planningandpreparingforlessons;
3. Workingwithlocalteachersoncurriculumdevelopment;
4. Monitoringandreportingstudents'performance,progressanddevelopment; 5. Providingregularfeedbacktoparentsregardingstudentprogress;
6. Participatinginschoolacademicandnon-academicactivities;
Requirements
1. Native English speaker ;
2. Bachelor's degree or above required (subject related majors preferred); TEFL/CELTA/PGCE certification (or equivalent);
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. Two years of previous teaching experience in related fields required;
5. IB teaching experience preferred;
Salary and Benefits
1. Monthly salary: RMB 25,000 – 30,000 (before tax, based on qualifications and experience).
2. Housing allowance included in the salary package.
3. Annual flight allowance: up to RMB 10,000.
4. Medical insurance plan provided by the school.
5. Free lunch and shuttle bus from designated stations.
6. Laptop provided by the school.
7. Paid Chinese and Western holidays, including Christmas, CNY, and summer
vacation.
8. Work visa sponsorship and social insurance provided.
