Salary & benefits
• Monthly salary: 25,000–30,000 RMB before tax inclusive of housing allowance
• 2-3 weeks each for winter and summer vacation, fully paid

Qualifications & requirements
• Native English speaker
• TEFL/TESOL required; QTS or PGCE preferred
• Education-related major required
• Spanish proficiency preferred (B1 CEFR level or above, suitable for early-years teaching)
• At least 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience
• Minimum 1 year of IB PYP experience
• Artistic skills (music/dance/instruments/painting) or curriculum development experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood education
