Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced High School English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire and educate students aged 15-17 in the English language, fostering their language proficiency and passion for learning. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the educational journey of our middle school students.

Responsibilities:
 Teaching: Conduct engaging English language classes for students aged 15-17, with a focus on language skills, reading comprehension, and written expression.
 Curriculum Development: Create and adapt instructional materials to meet the specific needs of the students while following the established curriculum guidelines.
 Assessment: Administer assessments and examinations to evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track their language development.
 Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
 Individualized Support: Provide additional support to students who require assistance to meet their learning objectives.
 Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and school administration regarding student performance and classroom activities.
 Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest pedagogical methods and language teaching trends to continuously improve teaching practices.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
 Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
 Proficiency in the English language.
 Strong classroom management and communication skills.
 A passion for teaching and a commitment to students' success.

Working Hours: 20-25 class hours per week, with each class lasting 40 minutes. Flexible office hours.
