School Description
Elan provides English language arts training for children aged 3 to 15 in China. The first Elan school opened in March 2013, and today, there are 20 Elan schools across Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Foshan. In early 2016, Elan was acquired by Country Garden (碧桂园) Education Group, a publicly listed company on the NYSE. Country Garden is one of China’s largest education providers, serving over 30,000 students and employing 60,000 staff members.

Job Title: English Literature and Reading Teacher
- Responsibilities: Teaching English Literature, General English and English Reading, etc.
- Students: Ages 3-15
- Location: Shine Hills, Shunyi District, Beijing
- Start Date: ASAP/ Immediate
- Working Hours:
Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 11:30AM – 8:30PM
Weekends: 9:00AM – 6:00PM
Off on Wednesdays and Thursdays

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: RMB 18,000 - 28,000
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to RMB 8,000 annually
- Extra Monthly Bonus: Up to RMB 10,000/ month (Based on the class hours you teach)
- Insurance: Commercial Insurance
- Annual Leave: 5 Days
- Fully Paid Sick Leave: 3 Days per year
- Contract Renewal Bonus: Up to 50% of monthly salary (Based on annual performance)
- Work Visa: Financially and advance
- Professional Development: Orientation & pre-job Training, ongoing training, and academic support
- Group Team Building: Team building trips, parties, Chinese culture forums, experiencing Chinese traditional holidays, etc.
*Please note that this is a benefit package; all other benefits are in addition to the monthly salary.

Requirements
1. Experience: Professional English teaching experience
2. Language: Native English speakers preferred; experienced non-native speakers are also welcome
3. Passion: Love working with children
4. Personality: Ability to create a positive and fun atmosphere
