Basic Info
1.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day;
2.Student Age: 2 to 6 years old;
3.Class Size: Maximum of 18 students;

Job Descriptions

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan;
2.Organize learning material and resources;
3.Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Keep a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information;
6.Assess students’ performance and progress;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements
1.Native English Speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above (education related majors preferred);
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.2 years’ work experience after graduation;
6.Flexible, fun, friendly, creative and able to work as a team;

Salary and Benefits
1.Salary range 20,000 to 24,000 RMB per month after tax based on experience and qualifications;
