Job Responsibilities:
Product Planning: Be responsible for the product planning and line management of special fertilizers/water-soluble fertilizers, and formulate product positioning, selling point refinement, and marketing promotion plans.
Market Research: Collect domestic and foreign industry data, track market trends, analyze customer needs and competitive products, and propose new product development directions.
Technical Support: Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize product formulations and conduct technology transfer, and be able to convert technical language into market language.
Material Production: Be responsible for the design and output of graphic content such as product materials, brochures, technical solutions, and training courseware.
Sales Empowerment: Provide product knowledge training, customer solution support, and marketing tools for the sales team.
Cross-departmental Collaboration: Coordinate R&D, production, marketing, sales and other departments to promote the launch of new products and the achievement of sales targets.
Customer Communication: Participate in technical exchanges, experimental demonstrations, and application feedback for key customers, and form market cases.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in agronomy, plant protection, soil and fertilizer, chemistry or related majors.
More than 3 years of experience in the fertilizer, agricultural materials or agricultural inputs industry, with experience in product manager or technical marketing positions preferred.
Familiar with the formulation and application of special fertilizers (water-soluble fertilizers, organic fertilizers, trace element fertilizers, biostimulants, etc.).
Possess market insight and project planning capabilities, and be able to independently complete the full life cycle management of products.
Have good Chinese and English communication skills, and can support product promotion and customer communication in the international market.
Proficient in using tools such as Office, PPT, Canva, PS, etc., and can produce product materials and training materials.
Clear logical thinking, strong execution ability, and able to adapt to short-term domestic and foreign business trips.

任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，农学、植保、土壤肥料、化学或相关专业背景。
2.3 年以上肥料、农资或农业投入品行业经验，有产品经理或技术市场岗位经验优先。
3.熟悉特种肥料（水溶肥、有机肥、微量元素肥、生物刺激素等）配方及应用。
4.具备市场洞察力和项目策划能力，能够独立完成产品全生命周期管理。
5.具备良好的中英文沟通能力，能支持国际市场的产品推广与客户交流。
6.熟练使用 Office、PPT、Canva、PS 等工具，能制作产品资料和培训教材。
7.逻辑思维清晰，执行力强，能适应短期国内外出差。
