Our esteemed K12 international school in Suzhou is urgently seeking a dynamic and passionate high school psychology teacher to join our team as soon as possible.
As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering high - quality psychology lessons, creating engaging learning environments, and supporting student growth in a bilingual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and teach psychology lessons that ensure progression and continuity, making the subject accessible and interesting to high school students.
• Set clear learning targets and maintain efficient records of student progress and assessments.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members and external specialists to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
• Participate in curriculum development and school meetings to contribute your expertise and stay updated on educational trends.
• Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages students to explore and understand psychological concepts.
Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status with a focus on psychology or a related field.
• Experience in high school teaching and curriculum development, preferably in psychology.
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in psychology education.
• Knowledge of effective classroom management and assessment practices, especially in the context of teaching psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and colleagues effectively.
