Basic Info
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm;
2. Student Age: 2 to 6 years old;
3. Class Size: 10 to 20 students;
4. Location: Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province;

Job Description

Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
Apart from teaching responsibilities, teacher shall be required to participate in tasks such as extra-curricular activities, promotional events, teaching related research projects, shall finish the amount of work stipulated in the contract, and achieve the quality standard according to the kindergarten’s requirements;

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. Two years of previous teaching experience with young learners;
5. Creative, passionate, detail-oriented and patient;
6. Major in Education/Psychology/Drama related fields or have experience in teaching Drama with young learners preferred;

Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary from 25,000 RMB - 35，000 RMB (salary can be negotiated according to teacher’s background and qualification);
2. Housing allowance 2,000 RMB per month;
3. Work visa provided;
4. Standard insurance provided;
5. Systematic international training available;
6. Holidays
- All Chinese public holidays
- Full paid 3 weeks winter holiday
- Full paid 2 weeks summer holiday
