1. Create outstanding learning environments to nurture lifelong learners;
2. Build strong routines for young children to enhance their sense of well-being and belonging;

4. Document learning in order recognize and value children’s achievements, celebrate successes and plan for next steps;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker or Chinese bilingual speaker;
2. Master's degree or above;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. Have at least two years previous teaching experience;
5. Teaching certificate preferred;

Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary 25,000 to 35,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
