Job Responsibilities
•Join team live streams—attract viewers and boost engagement through talent shows, interactive games, themed content, etc.
•Collaborate with the team to design creative live content, ensuring each stream is fun and interactive.
•Engage actively with audiences: respond to comments/gifts, nurture fan relationships, and increase user loyalty.
•Attend daily team training and content planning meetings to continuously improve live performance.
•Abide by platform rules, uphold brand image, and deliver positive, healthy live content.

Requirements
•18+ years old; good looks, temperament, and strong on-camera presence.
•Passionate about live streaming; dance background or special talents are a plus.
•Team player; able to adapt to flexible work schedules.
•Cross-cultural awareness; interest in overseas live streaming markets is preferred.
•Outgoing, chatty, money-driven, and responsible. Fresh graduates, beginners, and non-experienced candidates are all welcome.
•No criminal record; comply with laws, regulations, and platform policies.
