Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, visionary senior leader to oversee our High School division, with a specialized focus on leading and enhancing our British A-Level curriculum. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving academic strategy, cultivating a culture of high achievement, and guiding our international faculty towards continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the implementation, development, and ongoing improvement of the A-Level curriculum.

Cultivate a high-performance learning environment that balances academic rigor, innovative teaching, and student well-being.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate the teaching faculty to ensure pedagogical excellence and effective classroom practices.

Collaborate with the senior management team to align high school objectives with the school's overarching mission and vision.

Monitor and analyze student academic progress and data, implementing supportive interventions where needed.

Engage effectively with parents, students, and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong community relationships.

Ensure the school's adherence to relevant international educational standards and accreditation requirements.
