Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Teacher to join our academic team in Wuxi. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality Business education, equipping students with a strong understanding of business concepts, entrepreneurial thinking, and real-world application.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Business-related subjects across relevant age groups in line with the school’s curriculum and international standards

Deliver lessons in areas such as Business Studies, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or related subjects

Develop students’ analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills

Use real-world case studies to enhance students’ understanding of business concepts

Prepare students for external examinations where applicable

Assess, record, and report on student progress effectively

Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities

Maintain positive communication with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent preferred)

Experience teaching Business and/or Economics in an international or bilingual school is highly desirable

Familiarity with international curricula such as IGCSE, A-Level, IB, AP, or similar is an advantage

Strong subject knowledge and passion for Business education

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
