Job Title: Kindergarten Foreign Teacher (Ages 2-3)
Location: Beijing
Working Hours: 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary Package: RMB 22,000-25,000 per month (including housing allowance)
Probation Period: 1 month

Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated kindergarten teacher to join our international early childhood education team in Beijing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children aged 2-3 years in a bilingual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and assess age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote holistic child development.
Act as a homeroom teacher, managing the class in accordance with the school’s educational philosophy and curriculum.
Create a lively, engaging, and supportive learning environment that encourages independent exploration and learning.
Teach foundational skills in English, including alphabet, numeracy, and personal-social-emotional development.

Use a variety of instructional methods and activities such as songs, stories, arts, structured play, and outdoor activities to stimulate children's interest and abilities.
Observe and document children’s progress through learning stories and records of achievement.
Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing updates and feedback as needed.
Collaborate closely with Chinese co-teachers and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Participate in school events, including marketing activities, open days, and parent-teacher meetings.
Adhere to school policies, teaching standards, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Prefer those with 2 years of teaching experience with young children, preferably in a bilingual or international kindergarten setting.
Genuine passion for teaching and a love for working with young children.
Creative, patient, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of child development principles and contemporary early years educational practices.
Previous experience as a kindergarten teacher or assistant is required.
