Salary and Benefits Package:
• Salary: 20k-23k per month (before tax);
• A travel allowance of 12,000 RMB per year (before tax) will be provided on a monthly basis
• A meal allowance of 5,500 RMB per year (before tax) will be provided on a monthly basis
• Medical insurance within China
• Annual physical examination
• Birthday cake card, gifts for major holidays
• Performance-related salary increases

PAID HOLIDAYS (Full Paid)
• around 4 weeks Winter Holiday
• around 4-6 week Summer Holiday
• Other paid holidays based on national statutory holidays arrangement;

Duties and Responsibilities
• Teaching up to a maximum of 20 hours per week (each teaching hour = 45mins)
• Teaching preparation and regular lesson planning meetings
• Assessment duties (standardization, marking, feedback, moderation activities)
• Participation in teaching seminars and professional development training
• Coordination and administrative work, such as course coordination, materials
proofreading, and student enrollment support

Education and Work Experience
• Native English speakers
• Undergraduate degree or above (English language/Applied Linguistics/Education or related fields preferred)
• Any of the teaching qualifications : CELTA, TESOL (or equivalent, which includes assessed teaching practice)
• A minimum of 2 years relevant teaching experience
• Ability to use ICT effectively, including use of a virtual learning environment (e.g. Moodle)
