We are seeking an accomplished Head Tennis Coach to lead a high-performance tennis program in Hefei. This role is designed for an elite coach with proven experience both as a competitive player and as a coach at the highest levels of the game. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing player development, setting technical and tactical standards, and working directly with elite junior and professional athletes.
This position is strictly for coaches with significant, verifiable results at national and international levels.

Mandatory Requirements – Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Professional Playing Background
Former professional player with documented ATP and/or ITF results
Strong understanding of the professional tour environment
Elite Coaching Experience
Proven experience coaching high-level junior players who have achieved national or international success
Mandatory experience working with professional players (ATP / WTA / ITF level)
Demonstrated ability to guide players through high-performance pathways
Proven Results
Clear record of significant competitive results achieved by players under your coaching
Experience developing players for professional tournaments, rankings progression, or national team selection
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall high-performance tennis program
Work directly with elite juniors and professional players on-court
Design and implement long-term player development plans
Oversee technical, tactical, physical, and mental preparation standards
Mentor and supervise assistant coaches
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in international academies or professional training environments
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willingness to commit to a long-term project in China
