Job Responsibilities

- Provide professional consulting services on counter-terrorism, security risks, and regional safety situations for the client’s business regions worldwide, especially in areas with severe security challenges.

- Analyze and assess potential terrorist attack risks, malicious sabotage threats, and other security hazards in the client’s operating regions, and propose targeted, practical prevention and response solutions.

- Assist the client in formulating and optimizing safety management systems and emergency response plans related to counter-terrorism, guiding the client to improve its ability to resist and respond to security risks.

- Timely update the client on the latest trends of global counter-terrorism policies, regional security changes, and terrorist activity patterns, helping the client grasp security risks in advance and adjust business strategies accordingly.

- Cooperate with the client’s team remotely according to its business expansion and security needs, efficiently complete consulting tasks, and provide clear, professional analysis reports and suggestions when necessary.

- Provide professional guidance and support for the client’s personnel safety training and security capability building, helping the client enhance the safety awareness and emergency response skills of its employees.

Candidate Qualifications

- Have in-depth expertise and practical experience in the counter-terrorism field, with a background in one or more of the following: expert scholars engaged in counter-terrorism research, think tank researchers focusing on counter-terrorism policies and security issues, investigative journalists with counter-terrorism or regional security reporting experience, former government decision-makers familiar with counter-terrorism work and security supervision, or professionals from NGOs engaged in counter-terrorism, peacekeeping, or security promotion work.

- Familiar with the security situation, counter-terrorism laws, regulations, and emergency response mechanisms of one or more regions (especially regions with severe security challenges), with a global perspective and strong ability to analyze and judge cross-border security risks.

- Excellent communication and expression skills, able to clearly convey professional views, accurately analyze security risks, and provide targeted consulting solutions; proficient in English (written and spoken), proficiency in other languages (especially those of high-risk regions) is a plus.

- Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality; able to work independently and efficiently under the remote and part-time work mode, and respond timely to the client’s consulting and emergency needs.

- Possess good psychological quality and crisis response ability, able to remain rational and provide effective suggestions in the face of complex security situations; no bad records in the professional field.
