- Year 2: 224,800 RMB

- 3 to 5 years of experience:
- Year 1: 225,800 RMB
- Year 2: 244,800 RMB

- 5 to 8 years of experience:
- Year 1: 247,000 RMB
- Year 2: 271,800 RMB

- 5 to 8 years of experience + additional teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, US/Canada teaching license):
- Year 1: 259,800 RMB
- Year 2: 285,800 RMB
- 9+ years of experience:
- Year 1: 295,800 RMB
- Year 2: 325,800 RMB
