Requirements:
1) Candidates from English native speaking country (US, UK, IRE, CAN, AUS etc)
2) Passion for children's education and child development.
3) Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
4) No criminal record.
5) Teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
6) Ability to join the team before the end of August,2024.
7) Eligible for a work z visa

Working Conditions:
1) Work Schedule: 7:40 AM-5:30 PM, 2.5 hours lunch break (Based on school’s schedule).
2) Competitive salary range: 17,000-20,000RMB/month (before tax) depends on qualification.
3) Air ticket &Visa documentation fee reimbursement
4) Contract duration: 1 -2years(optional), with a contract renewal bonus
5) Hotel reimbursement
6) Medical and Accident Insurance provided
7) Summer or winter holiday: 1 month paid leave (half base salary and full housing
allowance) will be included in the summer or winter holiday, detail arrangement will
follow school’s calendar.

Responsibilities:
1) Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for a class of 18-20 students.
2) Collaborate with teaching assistants and life teachers to provide effective classroom
management.
3) Implement an established curriculum and engage children in diverse learning activities.
4) Facilitate parent-child activities to strengthen familial bonds and support parent
engagement.
5) Participate in ongoing home surveys and educational research.
