Position: Primary ESL Teacher
Weekly working days: Monday to Friday, the primary school operates across two campuses. Will work three days on one campus and two days on the other. The regular working hours are 7:50 a.m. – 4:50 p.m.( will provide school buses and accommodation allowance.)

Location: WuxiStart date: August 2026Teaching schedule: 
1.Teach engaging, level-appropriate English lessons across Grades 1–6, with a primary focus on Grades 1–3 (ages 6–9), fostering early literacy, phonics awareness, and confident oral communication through stories, songs, games, and hands-on activities.
2.Develop and deliver a part of Drama Performance module—guiding students through script reading, character exploration, and on-stage rehearsal—while drama course remains only a small enrichment component within the school's English curriculum.
3.Apply differentiated instructional strategies in working to meet the learning needs of all students.

Requirements:
1.Native English teacher from English-speaking country (e.g., United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada);
2.Bachelor or Master degree in English, education, drama or a related field;
3.A TEFL/TESOL certificate is required, applicants without one should have a minimum of two years of full-time English teaching experience after graduation. Familiarity with Chinese primary school settings (or similar large-class environments) will be preferred. A PGCE or state teaching licence will be highly preferred;
4.Demonstrated success as an English teacher—employment/reference letters from previous supervisors are available on request;
5.Passion and enthusiasm for teaching young children;
6.Dedication and strong responsibility for work;
7.Interview Schedule: A demonstration lesson may be required; details will be provided by the school prior to the interview.
