3、 Recruitment information
(I) Job responsibilities
1. Policy dynamic tracking, real-time monitoring of changes in government policies, laws and regulations (such as foreign capital access, tax, trade control, etc.) of countries along the the Belt and Road, and analysis of the impact of policies on key areas such as energy, infrastructure, environmental protection.
2. Economic risk assessment evaluates macroeconomic trends, currency exchange rate fluctuations, cross-border payment solutions, and identifies investment opportunities and market risks.
3. Security situation warning provides regular briefings on geopolitics, social stability, compliance and security (such as anti sanctions, ESG). Develop risk plans for sensitive projects such as energy pipelines and environmental assessments.
4. Build an energy network to connect with local governments, chambers of commerce, and professional organizations, and establish information channels. Assist the Federation of Enterprises in conducting compliance reviews and emergency response.

（2） Requirements
1. The region requires permanent residence in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, five Central Asian countries and other countries along the "the Belt and Road". Priority should be given to border provinces such as Russia, Central Asian countries, and regions adjacent to me.
2. Proficient in Chinese or Russian, proficient in writing Chinese/Russian analysis reports. More than 3 years of experience in policy research, economic consulting, international compliance, and risk management. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in international trade, international politics, international relations, or related fields.
3 core qualities: sharp economic insight, excellent analytical and expressive skills, and strong cross-cultural communication abilities. Promise to abide by commercial confidentiality terms and compliance ethics.
