Salary & benefits
• Monthly salary: RMB 24,000–28,000 before tax
• Housing allowance: RMB 4,000 per month
• Food allowance: RMB 200 per month (school cafeteria available)
• Annual flight allowance:
• RMB 10,000 in the first contract year
• RMB 20,000 from the second contract year
(paid at the end of each contract year)
• Visa reimbursement: RMB 4,000 before tax
• All holidays fully paid within contract period

Qualifications & requirements
• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in secondary education
• Ability to teach English for Academic Purposes (EAP)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
