Salary & benefits
• Monthly salary: RMB 15,000–25,000 before tax (based on qualifications and experience)
• Housing allowance: RMB 5,000 per month
• Airfare allowance: RMB 8,000 per year after completing the one-year contract
• Performance bonus: 10% of annual base salary upon completion of the contract
• Relocation allowance: RMB 2,000 upon arrival in Sanya
• International medical insurance provided

Requirements:
• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Degree in English Literature, Education (English), TESOL/TEFL, Linguistics, or related field; or holding QTS, PGCE, or a national teaching license
• At least 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in high school English
