Job Responsibilities

1. After-sales Support: Provide comprehensive after-sales services for automation equipment, including on-site installation, commissioning, fault diagnosis, and maintenance.

2. Technical Communication: Communicate effectively with overseas clients to address technical inquiries and resolve after-sales issues, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Pre-job Training: Undergo a systematic training program in China for 3-6 months to master product technical specifications and maintenance procedures.

4. Overseas Assignment: Take on a long-term assignment in India to be responsible for equipment maintenance and technical support in the local region.

Job Requirements

1. Nationality & Visa: We are seeking international candidates. Prior experience or ability to obtain an India work visa is a strong advantage.

2. Professional Experience: Previous experience in commissioning and installation of mechanical or automation equipment is preferred.

3. Technical Aptitude: Strong logical thinking ability and capacity to quickly master maintenance techniques for automation equipment.

4. Language & Communication: Proficiency in English or local Indian languages is essential. Ability to adapt to a cross-cultural work environment.

5. Willingness to Relocate: Must be willing to accept a long-term overseas posting in India.
