Key Responsibilities:
1.Oversee all AP courses, exams, and curriculum planning.
2.Ensure compliance with College Board policies and exam security protocols.
3.Recruit, train, and evaluate AP teachers.
4.Analyze student performance data and implement improvement strategies.
5.Advise students and parents on AP course selection and college readiness.
6.Coordinate with college counseling and academic departments.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Administration, or related field.
-3+ years of teaching experience in AP courses.
-2+ years of academic leadership or coordination experience.
-Deep knowledge of AP curriculum, exam procedures, and College Board requirements.
-Strong organizational, communication, and data analysis skills.
