Job Opportunity: Homeroom Teacher (Early Childhood Education & English)

Location: Hangzhou
Age Group: 2-6 years old
Class Size: 18-24 students
Work Arrangement: Full work day, 8:00 - 17:00
Salary Range: 18,000 - 25,000 RMB pre-tax (negotiable)
Housing Allowance: Not provided
Holidays & Paid Leave: Statutory holidays + flexible summer/winter vacations (full paid)
Insurance: Social Insurance (Five Insurances, negotiable)

We are seeking a passionate and professional Homeroom Teacher to join our early childhood education team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and bilingual learning environment for children aged 2 to 6.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that integrates early childhood development with English language instruction.
- Manage a class of 18-24 students, fostering holistic growth (social, emotional, cognitive, and linguistic).
- Collaborate with colleagues to design engaging activities and monitor student progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.

Qualifications:

- Native or near-native proficiency in English (required).
- Prior experience in early childhood education (preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
- Strong passion for education and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Patience, creativity, and excellent classroom management skills.
- Relevant teaching certifications or qualifications are a plus.
