✅ Core Qualifications

- Hold recognized teaching certifications such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in IB kindergarten settings
- Candidates currently residing in China are preferred for an immediate start

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Pre-tax ¥25,000 – ¥31,000
2. Housing Allowance: ¥4,000/month (¥6,000/month for family accommodation)
3. Paid Leave: 1 month fully-paid summer vacation + 2 weeks fully-paid winter vacation + 5 days paid sick leave
4. Relocation & Travel: ¥10,000 relocation allowance; up to ¥20,000 reimbursement for round-trip international flights
